Lisa Ridha worked incredibly hard to sell my parents' home, a small, mid-century modern structure that, architecturally, is utter perfection. She held regular open houses, got articles written about the house, brought her own vacuum cleaner to clean the place many times over, checked to make sure a neighbor's cat was not shut inside by accident when another agent let the cat in by accident. When we started to work with Lisa, she told us she is an all-purpose agent. We could not have asked for better work from her and better advice along the way. If I lived in Ann Arbor, I would use hire her again without question. I have already recommended her to friends and will continue to do so. Lisa Ridha is wonderful.

Super responsive, professional and on top of everything. Made us feel like we were her only clients in the care and attention we got through the entire process. She worked extremely hard on both finding a new and selling our old houses. Her attention to detail is over the top. She is honest, transparent and works very hard for her clients. Lisa was very highly recommended to us by two families whose judgement we trust. We interviewed several other recommended agents before choosing her. First and foremost she is a real pro. She valued the house much higher than the other agents. This was a house that needed a specific buyer and she was patient and dogged. When the house sold, it was for very significantly more than the other agent appraisals. She also kept us abreast of changes in the market as they occurred. The sale and closing were handled without a glitch or any hassles. Plus she is a fantastic person!!!!

Lisa knows the Ann Arbor market well. She works very hard to help clients find the right home for them. She has an extensive list of contacts to help you solve house problems, fix issues, find a lawyer, get a house inspector -- whatever is needed at the moment. Lisa also makes herself available for showings and questions beyond normal business hours and in a timely way.

Lisa is wonderful! She helped us buy our first house five years ago and then also helped us resell it when it was time to move a couple months ago. She took care of pictures as well as walking through the house pre-listing to give suggestions on what would help sell faster. Once a buyer was found, she went above and beyond to help get the sale finalized, including finding a plumber and drywaller/painter when a leak was discovered during buyer inspection.

We moved to Michigan from California and had no idea about the areas, housing, or differences we would find. Lisa took us under her wing, taking the time to understand what we were looking for, and explaining every detail about the new environment we were in. She had extensive knowledge to help us understand septic systems, basements, water softeners, and other house components that we hadn’t dealt with before. Lisa was careful to show us what was good or bad about all aspects of a house, and explain to us why. Our family ended up working with her for the better part of a year before we found the right home. When we did, her list of respected contacts made the process of funding and inspections easy. She never stopped working through the negotiations, and even when it seemed it wouldn’t come together, Lisa always had a answer to make it work out, even at her own expense. My family is forever great full, and feel like we found a friend more than a agent.
